For over a century, modern cosmology has been shaped by Einstein’s relativity and the ΛCDM model — a framework that relies on dark matter and dark energy to explain cosmic expansion and structure. Yet despite its successes, ΛCDM leaves us with unanswered questions. What are these “dark” components that make up 95% of the Universe’s total energy? Why does the Hubble constant differ depending on how we measure it? And how can consciousness, thermodynamics, and spacetime exist within a unified physical framework?
Energy-Flow Cosmology (EFC) offers a radically different starting point. Instead of treating energy and entropy as passive quantities, EFC sees them as fundamental drivers of structure and motion. If validated, Energy-Flow Cosmology could unify physics, cosmology, and cognition under a single thermodynamic principle. It replaces the fragmented map of “forces” and “constants” with one coherent process — energy flowing through entropy gradients, generating both matter and meaning.
